FF Poultry at Farmers' Markets: RV Survey

Recently, Rural Vermont conducted a survey of all of the Vermont Farmers’ Markets to determine how many markets actually had uninspected poultry for sale this year, and how consumers responded to the sales. The compiled results of this survey are available here to download (pdf). Thirty-seven market managers completed our survey, with 10 markets indicating that uninspected poultry was sold by a total of 22 vendors.
