BELLOWS FALLS OPERA HOUSE Rural Vermont Brings Sally Fallon Morell to Bellows Falls:

Nourishing Traditional Diets, the Key to Vibrant Health

Rural Vermont is hosting Sally Fallon Morell in Vermont for one very special event on Sunday, October 26th from 1:30 – 3:30 pm at the Bellows Falls Opera House. Sally is a nationally recognized leader in promoting the benefits of traditional diets and nutrient-dense foods, including raw dairy products and grassfed meats. Tickets are $10 and all proceeds benefit Rural Vermont.

Sally's presentation will focus on the benefits of a diet that challenges the politically correct mainstream's food choices. By looking to the past, we learn that the key to good health and disease prevention lies in the diets of our ancestors. Sally will speak about the critical roles that animal fats play in the body, and she'll talk about the importance of reintroducing traditional cooking and preservation methods into our kitchens.

Sally Fallon Morell is founding president of The Weston A. Price Foundation, a non-profit nutrition education foundation with over 400 local chapters worldwide helping consumers find local grass-based animal products. She is also the founder of A Campaign for Real Milk, which has as its goal universal access to clean raw milk from pasture-fed animals.  She is the author of the best-selling cookbook Nourishing Traditions and also of Eat Fat Lose Fat (Penguin), both with Mary G. Enig, PhD.

There will be free Farm Fresh raw milk from local dairy farms available, plus homemade cookies for sale. After the presentation, purchase your own copy of Nourishing Traditions, and get it signed by Sally.
