· Learn how to make Ricotta, Fromage Blanc, Yogurt and Butter in your own kitchen!
· Get acquainted with butter molds and learn how to add a personal touch to your final butter, cheese or yogurt products. Just in time for the holidays!
With simple instruction and good quality raw milk, it an easy and exciting activity adding some more treats for the holiday season. Sponsored by Rural Vermont, this class will also provide info about how and where to purchase local, raw milk. Attendees will get hands-on experience including an opportunity to taste-test and bring some product home.
Class Fee: $25 - $45 sliding scale.
