Rural Vermont’s raw dairy processing classes return! Learn how to make raw milk ice cream, salted caramel sauce, and ricotta at Family Cow Farmstand in Hinesburg on Wednesday, August 17th from 1-4 pm. Note new location!  All proceeds benefit Rural Vermont. Workshop followed by Raw Milk Victory Celebration and free ice cream social from 7-8:30 pm.
