To the Members of Rural Vermont:
Although many of you may have already heard of us, I am writing to formally introduce
Bob-White Systems.
Our company was formed several years ago with the goal of producing the first on-the-farm affordable and compact HTST pasteurization system to meet PMO standards and designed especially for small herd dairies and farmstead cheesemakers. Over the past five years, extensive research and development has resulted in the successful production of a fully operational prototype. The first units are in production and scheduled to be shipped to committed buyers later this year. Recently, the company ‘s product line was expanded to include a wide range of small dairy
and artisan cheesemaking equipment and supplies. We are the only company in Vermont to offer new and used vat pasteurizers, make vats, mini bulk tanks, stainless tables, moulds, milk cans of all sizes and other similar products tailored to an emerging and rapidly-growing small herd market.
