Rural Vermont 2020 Community Survey

Rural Vermont is a grassroots advocacy organization. Our priorities, policies, and focus areas come from the folks on the ground doing the work: Vermont’s community of farmers, farmworkers, working land stewards, and other local food system stakeholders. We seek to represent the interests, concerns and needs of our members and community of supporters by advocating, educating, and organizing around public policy, the regulatory environment, and in local communities. Our biannual community survey seeks to gather input about what issues Rural Vermont should prioritize and how. Survey results will direct our organizing and advocacy work over the next legislative biennium and the long term organizing we do in pursuit of lasting, systemic change.
