This event will take place from 4-7pm with optional land walk at 3:30pm

Join the Vermont Wild Kitchen for an evening of venison and fall classics in Woodbury, Vermont! Vermont Game Warden Abigail Serra will join us for a whole-deer processing demonstration, where participants can watch how to process a deer and ask questions. We’ll then turn that deer into delicious venison burgers while we prepare an assortment of fall classics for sides. If you’re able, please join the VWK a bit early for an optional land walk-and-talk around Buck Lake. Bring your appetites, your questions, your friends, and meet us in the Vermont Wild Kitchen.
