5/27 New Hampshire passes law that bans Carbon Markets on Public Lands

Signed into law earlier this month, NH House Bill 1205, is prohibiting state and county owned lands from participating in carbon sequestration projects! Vermont is not regulating carbon markets and does not have any regulatory protections that prevent NGOs like the Nature Conservancy to enrich themselves through Vermont based Carbon Programs that create biodiversity credits from computer models to greenwash (out of state) industrial pollution.
