Q: I'd like to enroll in automatic bank transfers. How do I set that up?
A: This is our favorite way to receive donations from sustainers! It eliminates the monthly credit card processing fees, thereby ensuring that the full amount of your gift goes to the work you care about! There are a couple easy steps to make this happen: (1) Contact Rural Vermont to obtain our routing number and checking account number. Email email@example.com or call 802-223-7222. (2) Contact your bank to enroll in their automatic payment system. Need extra help figuring out how to be a monthly sustainer through your bank account? Just ask--we can help you with this process!
Q: I'd like to enroll in monthly giving using my debit/credit card. How do I set that up?
A: It's easy to become a sustaining Rural Vermont member using your debit/credit card through our online Donorbox system. Click here to donate and just remember to toggle the button at the bottom of the box to "monthly".
Q: How do I make a change to my Sustaining Membership?
A: If you give via our online giving system, Donorbox, you can update your address, email or change your monthly contribution through your Donorbox account.
When you sign up to be a monthly giver on our website, you will create a Donorbox account. To log in, visit www.donorbox.org/user_session/new.
If you give via your checking account, you will need to log into your online banking to make any changes or contact your bank.
Q: Will I receive a tax statement?
A: We will send you a tax statement each January, detailing your gifts from the previous year.
